PX4 Immersion Course

The PX4 Immearsion Course (PIC) is designed for those people who want to see fulfillment and joy back in their lives but cannot find the way to achieve this.

It is the only High Performance mastery course of its kind. Immersion training has been proven to get results and gain focus and clarity fast. Working in small groups and set in an awesome location in the heart of the Brecon Beacons, the PIC takes away all the usual intrusions in life and enables you to focus and gain clarity on what life should mean for you, and set a plan in motion to get you there. PIC includes:

  • Discover your own unique Lifeblueprint, establish exactly what you want
  • Focus on “why we act like we do”, then define your own habit changing triggers
  • Establish the Plan – goal setting and creating your own unique Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)

PX4 Advanced Course

The PX4 Advanced Course (PAC) progresses on from the Immersion Course, this is where the plan designed on the PIC is in motion, I will assist you maintain the momentum and focus during the all important implentation stage and beyond. PAC includes:

  • Weekly Mentoring calls
  • Quarterly Reviews – a full half day review and look forward
  • Access to PX4 Standard Operating Procedures for High Performance

PX4 1 to 1 Mentoring

The PX4 1 to 1 Mentoring (P1T1) is for those people who may have already hired a mentor or coach, bought the self help books and read the blogs to but no avail…..’Situation No Change’, Brillaint people simply having a blip!!

P1T1 will make a difference to this state of inertia, I bring a very human approach to High Performance. Elite athletes/soldiers and their team mates, are no different to motivated individuals. They have the same strengths, insecurities and drivers that push them to achieve special things. These lessons are utilised during our intense sessions where we will work on:

  • Gain clairty on goals and outcomes
  • Establish Limiting Belief Patterns and what is blocking your fulfillment
  • Ensure you are in a state of self understanding – this is crucial.
